Campus Projects, under the direction of Kristen Kostecky, is responsible for the planning, design and construction of campus building renovation and infrastructure projects generally valued at less than $1 million.

Campus Projects Units:

Planning and Design is responsible for idea generation/planning, project authorization and design. Staff members work with customers and internal service providers to develop the scope of work, budget and schedule.


Campus Construction consists of two units.

Contract Construction manages projects performed through contracts.

In-House Construction, a self-support unit, performs a wide range of minor renovations using a combination of UM and contract employees.
